With scientific backing and practical application in the areas clients need help with the most, this credential proves that extensive education equals results.

Anatomy Of A Workout

Many trainers will put you through a workout, however many will not incorporate all phases of a workout. Does this sound familiar:

  1. 5-10 minute warmup on a cardio machine, sometimes skipped if short on time.
  2. Workout 30-45 minutes
  3. 5-10 minutes cool down on cardio machine

In order for your body to fully optimize a workout, prepping the body before a workout will give you maximin results during your workout! After the workout restore and recovery will help minimize muscle tightening and delayed onset muscle soreness DOMS. 

Incorporating all phases will having you feeling better, and crushing your workout!

We're all blindly limited to trial and error to find our own optimal diet and exercise program. This generally takes years to figure out, and most people give up before ever seeing results. Genetic-based fitness testing takes the guesswork out of the equation. As an ISSA student working toward my certification in this area, I will soon be able to help you reach your goals based on your genetic makeup in the fastest way possible!
